Staff Interviews ( to get to know the people who run this place :)

Hey on another server a guy interviews the moderators and other staff, so I thought I could do it here.
I will set up a fixed questionare and the person that is being interviewed will answer them. I would do one everycouple days or so. It is a fun way to get to know the people who run this place. I have a few questions I know I will ask but feel free to post some other questions you would like to have asked. PLUS perrmission to do this from a moderator would be great too!
