A junior mod

I've had this idea that If there was a rank like junior mod, then young people could be accepted and trained to be great mods! Like if you want this!

Its not so much a bad idea but more of just the thought of it. As many have suggested junior mod with very little privileges and no kick command it would make things very difficult to do much. You also have to remember you would have to be with a mod shadowing you to ensure you were doing things up to standard. There is a thread posted on the forums explaining this, unfortunately i can't find it at the moment and suggest you look into it for more details.

Me neither, must have been deleted...
But all in all, it would require mods to take more time and they just wouldn't get enough done to be worth it.
