Release old plugin, maybe?

Just a thought here, I have a small private server, and we play SG, so I was thinking that they should release the old MCSG plugin.

mmmm iv though of making a thread like this before... maybe they would release a very old version of it, but i don't really think it well ever happen.
iv always wanted to put the plugin on my private server to play with friends, it would be awesome.

At the very least could we have an reason why? So far we have gotten a lot of "no's" from the staff. I would be interested in knowing why it will not be released.

I assume these are some of the reasons why.

• Private plugin: coded by MCSG for MCSG.
• Custom servers: if the plugin is released and other servers start using it then these lose their origanality.
• Configuration: The MCSG plugin is configured for multiple servers running on a network together. I doubt that this type of plugin would work well on a private server. Not to mention all of the spam threads on the forums trying to learn how to use it.
