Your server does posess a different name than "Hunger Games"
I mean no disrespect but i would not recommend using any copyrighted logos (i like the golden creeper)
But i've seen mockingjays for profile pictues, which is copyright of Lionsgate pictures and the Author of the hunger games.

If you have any other potential legal violations i will let you know...
also for it to be official.... it has to be aprooved by the author... but I'm ok with it.

you have to understand that one person using copyrighted stuff or even a small organization using it are not going to get sued for copyright, since its too trivial of a matter. Basically, what I'm try to say is that they would lose more money with cost for lawyers than they would get back from one person or a small business, this is why people can sell things like plushies of a copyrighted character that they made or shirts with copy righted material. the money they lose is nothing compared to the cost of a lawyer or team of lawyers.

and if any thing these server will more likely make the owners of the copyrighted material more money due to exposure to a crowd that might not have had interest in the series prior to joining these servers.
