Guys, this is going to get alot of hate, I am almost sure, but i feel it needs to be said.
It seems people who have "fairly" good apps, are getting accepted.
The spots are filling up FAST and I think that MCSG is a little desperate.
I'm not saying mods don't deserve getting in, but some people who would never have become mod before are getting it.
I'd prefer if i didn't get abused for this, it's my opinion.

Your Age -
I strongly doubt your 23, I know this seems rude, but if you were 23 I strongly doubt you would type like you do and I assume you would have put alot more work into your application. Please do not lie about your age, it's easy for the staff to find out your real age, and if you lie you will almost definately be turned down. From the way you sound, I assume your below 15 years old, which is the requirement

Any MCBans -
I'd make sure this is true as well, Idk how to tell if someone has MCBans on record but just make sure you're truthful with this. If they tell your not being truthful about your bans, your app will most likely be turned down. Also if you have 3 or more (?) bans on record, you will not be accepted. If you do have bans on record, try to explain more theroughly about why, when and what you were banned for. Nope never ever will not cut it.

Past Experience -
It's very unlikely you'll be accepted without any past experience. Unless your app is phenominal I doubt that they will trust you purely on your word. Obviously you play on these servers if your applying for moderator, everybody else applying does as well. You need to be quite a bit more detailed if you'd like to be accepted on just an app.

Why are you qualified -
Again, everyone applying has played on these servers for a while. This is not asking you about your time on the servers, it needs details. They would like to know what makes you a better man for the job than all of the other good folks applying. Tell them what you'd do in certain scenarios and let them know when you'd use /ban , /kick and /tempban. You need to use a very, very large amount of detail in this area, it is very important.

How would you benifit the team -
"Help people" is far from a legitimate answer. This is another area where you need alot of detail. Expain what you in particular would bring to the team of moderators. What sets you apart from the average person. This question, in my opinion, is very similar to the last one. Use it to give more personal details about what would make you personally a good person for this type of important job. Name qualities, personality traits, past expierinces, even a small anecdote or 2 would help here. Try to remain relivant here, without being to short, every bit helps.

Recording Video -
I'm not 100% sure about this, but I'm fairly certain you need the ability to record to be a moderator. You need to be able to record to have legitamite proof to ban someone. A good moderator should be able to record simply so they can catch a hacker, and review the same video to tell if their origanal claim is legitamite.

Microphone -
I'm 100% sure this is a requirement. I believe a laptop mic will do, but I'm sure trying to find/buy a nicer, clearer, mic would be better. The moderators do not use skype, atleast to the best of my knowledge. They use TeamSpeak, a channel based voice chat program. You can find out how to install/use it here. The moderators usually sue teamspeak as a place to hold meetings, moderator interviews, or just as a hub to sit at, in the case that someone needs help.

How much time a week are you willing to donate to these servers -
I won't lie, your answer made me lol. Please pay attention to and read the question in full. It says and I quote "How much time a week are you willing to donate to these servers." Your response shows how little you payed attention to the question, it asks how much time you can donate, as in, how much time each week you can spend moderating on the forums and servers. Nowhere in the question does it ask you to donate.

Where are you located -
Give a time zone, they need more than just "Australia" to go by.

Please don't feel offended by this. But I felt like I needed to. Now, I doubt that this guy will get the spot as moderator but please use these tips when applying, I hope this actually helps someone.
