Does anyone know how long the mod interviews are? I've been given a quite awkward time for me, so I'd like to know an approximate length, so that I can judge whether I'll need to reschedule it.

It depends. For some people it can last 20 minutes, others can be around 10, then some can have 5. It won't take more than half an hour for you to have your interview and get accepted/rejected though.
