Lobby servers

We need lobby servers that people can connect to and have it redirect them to open servers in order of the players' logging on time. Have one for Us, one for Eu, and so on and so forth.
How big this server needs to be? No idea, but it should be able to allow tons of connections at once. I doesn't necessarily need to go in-game, as it could easily just be text saying, "Connected, please wait."
If a donor wanted a specific server, he could just direct connect.

Please consider this as it would make servers easier for everyone.

That's the major issue. How big would this server have to be to prevent people from being kicked? And if it was that big, how could we prevent lag?

I'm an iron donor too, but I used to have to do this. This lobby idea is horrible. Chad is coming with something better than this.

I'd like to know what he's coming up with. I'm sick and tired of waiting just to be kicked or not allowed to join.

This would cost more money, and would be laggy and useless. I honestly think this system is 10x better than those ones where they have those Arena signs to join the arena, and less laggy, and even easier to join games most of the time. You can donate yourself, or get better at joining servers. You know what I'm sick of? I'm sick of threads like this complaining about donor issues with an idea that has been suggested countless times before and will never be implemented.

This type of thing has been suggested before and I still don't understand the point of it. It's a lobby that tells players when a lobby is open. Surely the server list tells you already what servers are in lobby and what aren't or am I missing something?

I think he means you would also be able to join the server from that lobby, but still.

Yes there is, but I think he means he wants a lobby that you can join any other game from. Not just look which ones are in what stage.
