Instead of having rules against it couldn't we just have a plugin so you can't swear?

Having a plugin doesn't stop people from swearing, the best you can do is censor it out. That's still at least a semi-bad example for the younger people, how ever much it would help. I agree with RC, we should keep it as a rule but maybe add a plugin for it too.

That's what I meant by a plugin, they have plugins that change curse words to other stuff (we should replace bad words with the words hummus, Popsicle and homunculus).

I wish they had a plugin that kicked anyone who swears. Of course within reason, not for saying damn it.

Maybe depending on how often a word is used/how inappropriate the word is?
I guess, and I know there are plugins that can detect and warn you about spam, I've been on some where I was warned for spamming because I had said "gg" too many times, that's a bit too much xD

So maybe something similar to that, but something that can detect the dirty words. Something that knows, "ok they said f*** so they get a warning". I'm sure it's possible. Now of course, people would find out about that and just spell them differently but still have them come out the same. It's always a never ending battle, just like with hackers..

If you weren't on server 69 today, this is fixed. Some words are un-censored, but the more vague ones are fixed.
