In need of urgent help.

A while back I had an account, it was around 2012 - 2013 and I've forgotten the email and the password to it, is there any way of recovering it?

I am sorry to say unless you had a backup email to the account you will not be able to get it back. If you have the backup email you can try to get the account back there. I would say your best shot right now to get the account back is by contacting Mojang support:

If you have no luck there I am sorry you are out of luck. If you currently have an account right now that is not a huge loss, but if that was your only account you can purchase a new one for 27$:
