Log in issues?

Hey, logged out of my account and tried logging back in wont work, on Mojang, Minecraft and the application Minecraft it's self. Changed the password and email was sent with all the accounts linked with it and everything is absolutely perfect, anyone know why or how to fix ASAP?

A lot of players have been having problems with this. Luckily if it was hacked they only changed names, nothing too serious. I don't know how to fix this other than to wait a little bit, if it isn't back email Mojang.
