I have two questions the first is after I have posted my staff application will I be e-mailed with a response or will they just reply on my thread. They'll respond on your thread. And it doesn't matter which one you click

It will take about a week to two, no longer than that. And just like MoLoToV said you click on either one. Also you will be emailed and you will get a notification on the forums.

As people have already said, a senior mod will reply to your application thread (much a reply to this thread) with information on whether on not your app mod it to pending or interview. I see that you posted it on Sunday but don't worry it can take a week or so for a senior mod to get to your app as lots of people apply everyday c;

Yes, as Molly said, you will get a reply on the application itself. Also, it does not matter which one you click. Both do the same thing, and take you to the same place!
