Donor recharge

Hello, I have a issue. My friend bought Platinum donor on this server, and he played with it regularly but one day, he got banned. I do not know if he was hacking or not but he said that he just wasted his hard earned money to just get banned. Is there any way for him to get his money back, or did he just lose 100 bucks?

Hi there, unfortunately if he was banned for hacking he will stay permanently banned on these servers. However if he believe he was wrongly banned he can post a ban dispute. On the Platinum side of things I believe he can try to charge back but then that leads to a lot of issues with Paypal and you normally don't end up winning against them anyway so i believe he has just lost 100 dollars.

I think he has a job. I mean he started around 18 but he's in his 20's now. Maybe give someone Co-Owner or something like that.

Hey there! If he feels like he was banned unfairly he can dispute his ban here: www.mcgamer.net/forums/disputes

KILLERTITANS25 already explained the other part, but if his dispute gets accepted he will be unbanned an his platinum donor will stay. This is a way of getting your platinum donor back.
