I recently got hacked.. Bye donor, bye minecon cape

Hey what's going on guys, My name is Jarno and my 4 year old minecraft account recently got hacked (yesterday) The account had platinum donor on the mcgamer servers and a fancy minecon cape.
As i've been on this server for Almost 3 years, i know that mods used to allow moving donors, and now they don't anymore. I was wondering if there could be made an exception, for an old school player who has already lost his account with minecon cape. If you want proof of me owning the account, I have a yt channel, and when i go on ts You'll recognize my voice. Hope you can do something

The thing about me contacting mojang about the account is that he hacked and removed my emailadress where i bought it on, so i can't proof it's actually mine

IF you get your transaction ID you can get your account back. For now I recommend requesting a permban so they person cant get you banned

how exactly do you get hacked? i mean, you must've accepted some of those keyloggers people send on skype faking them to be programmes for useful things, then you tell them some error code you get or something and they're in your pc as another user (which can be easily deleted)
people tried to hack my account nicksharpx twice that way, never worked out though
