How do you make Do Not Poke Rank?

I am trying to set up Do not poke but I don't know how to. Can anyone help

If you know how to setup powers on your teamspeak permissions table you can easily setup don't poke rank. Depends, if you , as an Owner have poke power that everyone can pokes you , you can make a Don't poke rank and put Poke Power Needed to 75 and no one except server admin could poke you.
