1. Croe97 you have viewed my past 2 appeals and I was honest and very sorry for what I did and you said I am not eligible for the forgiveness policy. What does this mean? Croe am I allowed to post another dispute now, the reason why I am asking this, is because you said the same thing in my last 2 appeals.
