Gravatar Error

Whenever I try to update my profile picture with Gravatar, it says:

'The following error occurred: No Gravatar found for specified email,

I've also tried to upload the picture as it's own individual picture, but it comes up as my blue creeper face picture from 2013.

(I have also been spelling my email correctly, needed to say this to make sure this answer doesn't pop up)

Try re uploading your picture to that email? That might get it working.

or just download the gravatar picture you want to your desktop, then upload it as a file from your computer

Hey! So this has been an error in the past but now should not be an issue. From what I know you will need to make an account for gravatar, and to find that you can click here.

From there you will want to go look at your tabs and click my gravatars. When you are there you are going to see no images, that is because you have not added any pictures yet to your WordPress account. You are going to click add new image and search your computer for the desired picture you want to have for your profile picture here on our forums. Once you have your picture just click upload and chose how appropriate it is(hopefully it is PG). Then you will have your new gravatar! You will need to go onto our forums and then head to personal settings. From there you will click your profile picture and select gravatar as your profile picture provider. Then you will enter your email address that you used when you were making your gravatar account and then click done. You will just need to wait 2-10 minutes and your profile picture should be present!
