The main MCSG youtube could even like or subscribe to other mcsg youtubers (the community). Or even put them as featured channels on their page. This would kind of make the MCSG a professional MCSG hub for all the community's channels, AND act as the official advertising/uploading channel for MCSG.

Well I wouldnt just jump in and make a youtube under the MCSG name unless you have permission from a higher up. Especially if you want to record chads livestreams.
I really think this would be run by staff..
community would be involved and intertwined, but not.. creating it.
