Not able to send chat messages?

Hello, after I was notified that the servers have went back to 1.7 I went on the server to see the changes. I went to say hi to my friend in chat but instead it said "Cannot send chat message". I do not understand why this happened, but if anyone can help me I would really appreciate it. If I am quite sure, and I do understand what's happening, you might have been punished. I am not saying you have, but it could be you have been muted before? And that's why you can't message on the Chat. Otherwise it would be a MCGamer Problem. So, If you haven't been muted, I am quite sure, this problem/issue/bug has been reported, and it is going to be fixed.

However, it also happened for me, so.. I am quite sure it is a Server bug. If we get a Sr. Staff Member to check this Post, they might talk to the Developers If it is a Bug.

Now, If you have been punished and you feel you have been unfairly banned/kicked/muted , and you should be unmuted/unbanned etc. I would recommend you, to appeal your mute/kick or ban.

Yes, you are most likely not muted, it would say that in this case.
Unfortunately I do not know what the issue is, either. The best way to get that fixed would be to report that bug - unless someone else has the solution for that issue.
Report the bug here: https://github.com/MCGamerNetwork/Issues/issues/new.
Try to give as much information as you can (Location, Time, IGN, Screenshot, Version, ...).
I'm sure they will fix that soon, once you informed them. Have a nice day!

That's not a bug, it's a Minecraft setting. Go to Options>Multiplayer Settings>Chat and turn "Commands Only" to "All," or "On," or whatever.
