Chargebacks

I would like to know, if chargebacks gets accepted even though you get a permanent ban from the network. Do you still get your refund? My brother has bought Platinum donor on his account without permisson from our parents, (with his paypal account obviously) I just want to know if he is able to get a refund.

I am not sure If you can. Now, you can always try to email support with [email protected] explaining with a few dedicated words, what you need and enough evidence, so you can proof that he bought the Donator. If you email support, You will get an answer, and you may get a lot from emailing them.

Performing a chargeback while there is nothing wrong with the product he received is illegal. And there is a chance you'll be sued if doing so.

However, as PlazaGames said contacting support is probably the best thing to do.

Hmm, it's possible. However, in order for a chargeback to be successful I strongly advise you to contact [email protected] to make them aware of the situation before charging back. After you perform a chargeback, you will be permanently banned from the network, and you may not get you're money back. Spooky stuff.

Summed up perfectly there. His best chance of receiving a successful refund is contacting [email protected] as stated above. Though, it does say in the terms & conditions that you agree to when purchasing 'ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED'. It is definitely worth him contacting support though.
