Re-Fund?

My IGN Is Purifyy. I need a re-fund of my rank. I got it on sale at Cyber Monday. But I am banned and Im 12 so I dont really know how this works because Im not the smartest with stuff. So if there is a way I can get my money back then that would be great.

You could always submit a ban dispute. Was your ban false? If you were actually hacking, then that's your fault and your responsibility to not waste the money you spent on a rank.

If that is the case and he has the evidence to solidify his statement that is was not him and he got hacked, he can then post a ban dispute which includes that evidence as that will help the senior staff greatly. As mentioned in the earlier posts, MCGamer does not usually offer refunds, especially if your account got banned. However, in some circumstances, this may be different and it may be worth emailing [email protected] and asking. However, my advice would be expect the worse and not receiving a refund.
