MCSG didnt reset my stats, after I purchased reset token

This might be a bug, but after the update, their were so many hackers/teamers so I had a bad stats.
I decided to reset them, so I purchased 5 tokens. I went on the server, it says I have upgrades pending, so I used 1 of my token. when I went in-game my old stats are still their. I dont know if this is a bug, but please I want to reset my stats (below is proof)

Well, I can not since I'm a regular member, however:

If you redeemed a Stats Reset and your stats have not been reset, it is imperative that you contact [email protected] /* */ ASAP. Be sure to include your minecraft username and a description of the issue. The Support Team will be able to refund your Stats Reset Tokens once the issue is fixed.

The statistic reset tokens are currently not working due to a glitch. The developers are looking into a fix for this. As soon as they find a solution it will be pushed to the servers as soon as possible. All of the known bugs after the first day of the leaderboard update are listed in a thread here. One a fix has been pushed, your stats will either be reset or you will be able to retrieve your reset token by contacting [email protected].
