Is other Direction mods and ItemPhysics allowed?

So ItemPhysics is just a mod that makes items flip. Or... what ya wanna call it. On singleplayer diamonds and stuff will not burn. But on multiplayer it will. Instead of items "flying" on the ground, it will make it lay on the ground. My english is not so good... I should shut up... just google "minecraft item physics mod". Btw is other direction mods allowed? For example those with coords under the direction?

Yes, Direction HUD is allowed.

Thank you again, Mirkoz, for the great reply! Just to add to what he had stated, any modifications that actually benefit you during times of PvP, then it will not be allowed. As it causes an unfair advantage over players who don't have access to PvP beneficial mods, therefore improving the performance when illegitimate. However, you can use modifications that improve graphics, or things that don't make an advantage in-game. The thread will now be locked, as the question had been answered.
