Stats reset issue...

Hi, I just bought some stats reset tokens for my account but it turns out I was logged into the wrong account in the BuyCraft store and I bought it for the wrong account, the account I don't want to reset the stats on. Is there anyway this can be fixed? otherwise I have a useless stats reset and a loss of $5...

Also I bought the $5 stats reset tokens thing and I thought from what I read that was only for premium users and the account I accidentally bought it for isn't a premium whereas the one i wanted the stats reset on is a Diamond Donor yet it went through without a problem?

Any help is greatly appreciated

Hey there!
If you haven’t received your perk after 24 hours, and doing /upgrade 0 or /upgrade 1 it doesn't show anything, please contact [email protected] explaining your issue to them and showing the receipt of buying that perk.
They should respond to you within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday).
