Is there an age exception... for Developer?! because I have been learning how to code to a great extent, so I want to apply this to MCGN, so can you?

How can I get to talk with them, and how do I do this process, because ultimately, Chad is usually busy and you can't poke or message him on TS and my conversation with him would get lost iN his inbox, so...

You can email them... from past experience they usually don't reply because they get spammed constantly but it's worth a try
