A bug that is pissing me of (CSGOLounge)

Everytime I try to place a bet and trade with the bot, I get the error "You are connected from a new IP location, so you can't trade for 7 more days". I think the problem is that I tend to restart my router every 2 days so I keep it clean, but I've checked Teamspeak login logs, google chrome logs, and everything shows the same IP logged (I don't have a VPN), except Steam, that every time I log in after restarting my router, gets me to this annoying error.
Is there any way I can fix it? I tried closing off Steam Guard, but then I get the error "Steam Guard was enabled shorter than 1 week ago, so it's not safe to trade".
This is pissing me off. Is there any solution for this?
