This would show hate, and dislike. Which many people agree is bullying. It's like... A new person joins and makes a thread not knowing the community, gets flooded with hate and dislike and leaves. Hey, that could've been a valuable member we lost.

No, but there was this hacker group that got into Facebook and started sending messages to random people, posing as their friends: Profile Picture, distinctive name and everything. Then when you clicked on the message, it started flooding you computer with spam and viruses. I should know, it happened to me and a lot of my other friends too. :/

There are times I want this, but no. It would ruin the community, and be used to bully and abuse.

This also brings up the issue of if someone kills another person ingame the person who wasn't satisfied with the kill could come to the forum and dislike every post that this person posted. So, no.
Plus, if a post is really bad enough to deserve a dislike (cuz everyone has an opinion) then it should be reported and closed.
