I would say no to that. catching hackers with video evidence is immensely easier when you can fly around them, giving better and clearer perspectives.

It's not accurate when recording during a game because you don't get a full perspective of what there player is doing when you jump past them ect.

This. Much easier to catch hackers as a spec.
