Au Lag issue

Hi, this is my first post.

I want to talk about the lag issue in the au server. It's not my computer because I get around 100fps. Many people are joining mcsg and I think maybe the server needs an upgrade. I live in Melbourne and get a descent amount of ping of only 20. But I get block lag, huge lag spikes in the lobby, and sometimes kicked. My computer was around $1000 so I don't think it's mine.

I've tried re-logging, exiting Minecraft, turning on and off my router. I play some survival games with my friends as well and they are also experiencing this problem. Although the ping is great. Sometimes everybody just freezes and I don't. It's the server probably. In SG lobby the timer sometimes stops and I get kicked.

Don't know if it's lag or not but when I press tab literally everyone has 0 bars.

Here is a suggestion that you can do:

-Join the server PLAY.MCGAMER.NET, for that server will put you in a server in which is more closer to you.

For some reason I live in Australia and it connects me to an US server. US is a little worse because the ping is higher.

Thanks for the hub IP. I think the server is a little laggy though. I'm having block lag, people are freezing, the clock on the right hand side is freezing. I just think they need to upgrade. Ping is 20ms, fps is 120 ish. Short render distance fps is up to 500.
