I think you have to do /upgrades in the hub, also I would wait a total of 24 hours before taking more action to fix the issue c:

I think you have to do /upgrades in the hub, also I would wait a total of 24 hours before taking more action to fix the issue c:

^^ Try the command mentioned above to redeem your reset. If it gives you an error message like "You have no waiting upgrades" or something similar, and it has been 24 hours after the purchase, then please contact [email protected]. Make sure to include both your old and new IGN in the mail, and if possible the receipt of your purchase.
