Ask for the evidence. You've probably swore or you broke the rules with an other relevant way.

If you're referring to ban disputes, ban upheld means that your ban is still in place and wont be removed. Once you have received this tag, you are not supposed to post another dispute. Instead, you can come onto TeamSpeak (ts.mcgamer.net) and contact a Sr. Mod there.
