Since you have already posted a thread like this, I'm going to lock the thread. Also, I would recommend that you contact a staff member instead of Chad as they will most likely be able to sort out your problem.

As Lively said, disrespecting staff members does not get you anywhere. You can also email [email protected] to get in contact with him; however, he is very busy with things so it might take a while to get to him. I'd recommend talking to a Sr. Mod first, and see where they direct you (if they can't deal with it themselves).
