I purchased an token reset about 2-3 weeks ago. Well my friend bought it for me. He typed my IGN wrong and i emailed the support team. Its been about 3 weeks now and i still haven't gotten my token. I showed them proof of purchase and gave them my ign. My friend styped "Visure" instead of "Visur" Bowser52000 or any sr mod can you help?

http://prntscr.com/5ubw6y Well this shouldn't take 3 weeks especially since its IRL money. Never have i had a rank/token/item take weeks to be resolved.

They will get back to you eventually just be patient. You have to realise they get lots of these everday.
