Bow in minecraft looking weird

Does someone know how to fix that it looks this weird? It's not like this in 1.7 but it is like this in 1.8

like the things that is sticking out. Btw im using optifine.

Yes , 1.8 has so many bugs and this texture problem is one of them . You can't solve this , only wait Mojang will fix it i believe...

I do not believe that they are going to fix it... Sadly that's my opinion. I believe Microsoft only cares of money

Its a 1.8 thing. There is nothing you can do about it except use the default texturepack.
