I Can't See My Plat Donor on TS3 and Forums

I can't see my plat donor on TS3 and Forums. Please help me.

To get your donor rank on the TeamSpeak, you need to Poke a staff member (Moderator, preferably) and request that they give you the rank, and also link them to your Leaderboards page (for proof of your rank).


For the Forums, there are a number of options:

1: Get 30 posts on the forums. For some reason, the forums often do not give people their donor rank if they are "Spectators" (Less than 30 posts)

2: Email "[email protected]" about it.

3: Wait and see if it automatically updates.

Regarding contacting [email protected], make sure you use the same email address you used to register your account on the forums. Also, please include a link to your profile page and, if possible, the receipt of your purchase.
