I need help.

This has happened at random intervals throughout the past few months, but it's recently been increasingly annoying.
Minecraft, without warning, crashes.
I've seen many threads across several different forums pertaining to this issue, but none of the solutions have worked for me.
I've re-installed Minecraft/Optifine multiple times.
I've tried several different versions of NVIDIA, and none of them benefit me. This includes the most recent update.
Here's the error I get upon crashing:

Interestingly enough, it seems to only occur while I'm moving.
I believe it may have something to do with loading chunks and allocated RAM, but from the research I conducted, nothing was exactly concluded.
Here's what the Game Output/Developer console says:

Here's what the Launcher Log says:

(Marked over certain portions in order to protect my identity. Yes, even my game version. That shouldn't be important, as it's been stable in the past. Note that this same error occurs with 1.7.x and 1.8.x.)

Could anyone help me out on this?

Perhaps the issue is with the monitor?
If that were the issue, my monitor probably wouldn't be functional at all.
That, or the same issue would occur with other games.
I've upgraded my display drivers, and I've also tried several different older versions.
I don't know.

I honestly have no idea what's causing this. I would Google search the problem if you haven't already :p

As it seems, there's a NVIDIA problem, try going to the NVidia Control Panel and try to identify any bugs or errors
Have a nice day and Happy New Year!!

This problem is very similar to a problem most Mac users deal with. Most shader-packs are not compatible with mac because they're simply not compatible with Intel graphics cards —which most stock Apple models have. When we try and run a shader-pack that is not compatible, the game will crash, just like it happened to you.

From some google'ing, you're not the only one getting Error Code: 9 when using shaders mod on 1.7.10. It appears the error is due to OpenGL and OpenGL is what most shader packs use. My recommendation is that you change your shader pack to another one.

In the Nvidia website, nothing is really said on how to fix this for Minecraft users, from multiple reviews of people.

Also, try checking what's up with your monitor drivers not being compatible with Nvidia —that can possibly help you out.
