Tips On Ban Dispute?

On the 25th of December I got banned on MCSG. I was never using any type of hacked client or kill aura. I have posted many ban disputes but they have been all denied, they don't understand the lag I was getting while playing on the EU servers.

Would talking to a Senior Staff on ts help me get unbanned because I have lots of explaining to do. Also I am wondering if you where using kill aura then how many hits would register?

There had been lots of bashing on the staff on mcgamer for unfair bans, even the person who reported me admitted I was not hacking and hopes I get unbanned.
