My Donor Doesn't Show In Game

As you can see I am an Iron donor. For some odd reason it doesn't show my rank in game ever since V2 update. It didn't show it on the V2 Beta servers either. I've already reported it as a bug, and I asked a staff member but they ignored me. Any help?

Is it possible that it expired, and just happened to expire at the same time as V2's release?

No because when the Beat servers were out it didn't show, but it did show on normal servers. Also I still have it on forums, and I bought 3 months.

When you say you bought 3 months, do you mean gold donor? Or do you mean you bought Iron 3 months ago, If you bought Iron 3 months ago it would of expired as it only lasts one month.
