What plugins do you need to build a SG map?

Hey guys,
Over these long holidays I'd like to build my own map for fun as well as develop my building skills in general which aren't that great
I was wondering what plugins would you recommend or definitely require to build a SG map and make your life a lot easier?
That also means plugins to have good terraforming, move builds, change blocks etc.
Could an experienced builder please give me a list of recommended plugins or anything else I should know/require ?

World Edit, Voxel Sniper, Essentials and Playerheads if you want to add builders credits/decorations.

LadyOfLove beat me to it. WorldEdit, VoxelSniper, and Essentials are pretty standard. Player Heads is now an optional plugin because you can now spawn player skulls in through vanilla commands, but it's still highly recommended for ease of use.
