You can simply go on the top right corner of the forums, there will be an upgrade tab where you can purchase diamond donor by clicking in the premium upgrades section. You can't upgrade from gold to diamond, it's only from diamond to platinum.

We only support an upgrade option for all the lifetime ranks, these being from Diamond to Platinum, with the exception of Quantum donor.
