Computer crashing randomly or when it's on sleep mode

Recently I've noticed a thing:
Whenever I leave my computer open from when I go to school till I come home, it just crashed. It has never crashed while I've been using it. Also, sometimes, when I put it on sleep mode and then I come back, it crashes (blue screen).
This is a screenshot/gyazo of my task manager from when I open the computer (including chrome).

Btw, sometimes, like 2-3 "Steam Web Helper" and "Spotify Web Helper" show up when I haven't even opened neither of them. What are these and how can I disable them?

No. I think you may need a new computer.

These programs are enabled at start up and considered important. To disable them, left click and click disable. They are not important and I know I am contradicting myself. I am not held responsible for anything.

Seeing the programs running on your task manager, it shows that you have a LOT of things running at the same time, I don't think your computer can handle that much at once, I would encourage you to end some tasks to lessen the stress for that poor computer. D:

Take into account the fact that this is less than half of my processes list.

Steam Web Helper.. I'm not entirely sure what that is, but I know I have Spotify Web Helper plenty of times on my computer(s).

I've had my old HP TouchSmart 310 AIO computer crash on me a few times when I came home from school, and as far as I can tell it's most likely a hardware issue. You might need to take it in to a place like your local Office Depot and get it checked out, but I really don't know.

I'm not a computer guy, sorry. I just built my first computer on Sunday.

Taking into account you said whenever you leave your computer on when you go to school, well, that contributes to what I believe may be the problem. Leaving your computer running, even when not in use, for extensive periods of time can cause damage to many parts of the computer. First of my advice is, when you're not using your computer, make sure it's off. No matter the state of computer that's running, resources are always being use. Run CCleaner to clean out the registry and computer itself, then leave your computer alone for a bit. Also, uninstall any programs that look malicious, that may contain viruses. Also, how old is your computer?

3-4 years. My dad bought it for himself, but as he doesn't use it, I just bought some parts and removed some old parts. I don't think I have downloaded any malicious programs, but I will see if there's something thank you ^.^

It may be your processor or graphics card that can't stand being on for so long, take it to your local PC repair store or something of the sort and I'm sure they can sort you out!
