How do you change your profile picture?

I was having some trouble changing my profile picture. When I type in my username to switch it, it does nothing. Somewhat frustrating.

You have to use gravatar, to learn how to use it search "Gravatar" on the forums and there should be a guide some where c:

But if you're to lazy, basically search Gravatar on google, make an account then set a picture on that account then on the forums hook up your account to gravatar through your email.
