No, I mean that there is a /scramble command that scrambles your points. That's why he is rank #0. Or OR maybe he bypassed the ban system since people banned have rank #0. Maybeh

Those are possibilities, but I do believe the chance of that happening are very low. Im pretty sure either its another bounty glitch, or someone with the bounty glitch bountied on someone, and he killed them, or he was playing when the bounty glitch existed.
