So basically when u reload chunks while playing the survival games using f3+a, how do you not keep your player to move left or strafe left if your A key is to allow the player to strafe left in minecraft. Thank you!

Just tap it really quickly.

I'm not 100% sure on this, as I haven't tested it, but perhaps try opening your inventory or chat bar before pressing F3+A? Your movement is locked, so you won't go anywhere. I just don't know if it'll reload the chunks.

I don't think it will.
But the best way is if you have macro buttons on your keyboard/mouse: Start the macro recorded and tap the F3 button and the A button like really quick (20-30 ms each). If you do it fast enough, you will not notice your character moving when you press the macro.

If you click f3+a quick enough, you shouldn't notice any movement.

According to the rules of MCGamer, your macros may only perform the equivalent of one key press. For example, you could set one mouse button to press 'F3' and set another to press 'A' as that may be more convenient than reaching up to press the actual buttons, but you may not set one mouse button to press both 'F3' and 'A' at the same time.

In terms of answering your question, as other people have said, pressing the buttons quick enough should do, but also stand next to a wall on your left would prevent you from moving.

If setting 2 macros to F3 and A is the same as putting 1 macro for both F3 and A, why isn't it allowed?
Btw, is F3+B allowed as a macro?

If it is possible in Vanilla Minecraft, it is allowed, although if a modification is not allowed in the official list of allowed Minecraft modification on the rules, you will need a Sr. Staff members confirmation on the modification, in which it may be added to the list on the official rules.

TL;DR Yes, the f3+b is allowed as it is provided in Vanilla Minecraft.
