So I just made this post to know what is the features of VIP rank. Like can you kick people, is there color codes do you get pets?

Well it does.
I'm just going to say it quick:

• To get VIP, you need to have 20.000 subscribers on Youtube or 20.000 followers on Twitch(.tv) or you need to have a map that has been accepted on MCSG.
• Your vote is like 3 votes (I'm pretty sure)
• You can kick regular and iron donors (I think xD)
• And people (used to) respect you, as you are someone that contributed to this community, either by uploading videos or making a map.

Wrong, VIP can kick Regular, Iron, Gold, Diamond and Platinum, I'm not sure about Quantum.

The VIP rank has a variety of different perks that you can acquire, however you must either create a map for MCGamer, and have it accepted, or gain 20,000 subscribers, or be famous in Twitch to have VIP ranks.
Colour codes and pets as well as mounts and costumes are included within the rank.
VIP can kick any player out of a game lobby, which includes Regular, Iron, Gold, Diamond and Platinum.

Here is a full list of all the VIP perks:

• You can join full servers. (Top priority*)
• You have a voting weight of 3 votes.
• You can use the /scramble command to change your current amount of points to a random amount of points. Really helpful if you get targeted a lot because of your points (to go back to your regular points, you can use /unscramble).
• You can fly in the hub and in the lobbies with the /fly command.
• You can use a few chat color commands with the /cc command.(&a, &c, &e and &9)
• You can use the wardrobe.
• You can have pets.
• You can use the /disguise command to assign your Minecraft character a random name. Helpful to avoid being targeted.
• You have silent join, which means that no one except for staff members will see when you join a lobby or a game. Again, really helpful combined with the /disguise command if you are being targeted a lot.

(* You can kick Iron donors, Gold donors, Diamond donors, Platinum donors AND Quantum donors. No one can kick you except for Staff.)

However, the VIP rank is not that easy to obtain. More information about the new YouTube and Twitch VIP requirements can be found here. The second way to obtain the VIP rank is by making a map that is added on to the servers.
