I cant donate to MCSG. It says my card cant be used. I also used 2 cards, the other said the 3 #'s on the back weren't correct. They were though. I cant donate now and I wanted to before the 20% off sale was over. I don't want to make a pay pal, But I have a credit card??? Can anyone help.

PS: I was trying to get diamond for $60 (20% off) I belive its usually 75. (15 dollars off) It that helps at all.

Make sure you're entering all the correct information in correct fields. Make sure you have money on the card, or the account it is attached too. Also, if you are using a gift card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) make sure the card still has money. Are you able to use this card on other websites? I personally can't think of anything else, but I'd suggest emailing, [email protected] .

Your best bet is to either contact [email protected] or make a PayPal. I must say that PayPal is much easier and faster.

You'd best contact the Support Team at [email protected]. They handle everything technical and Premium-rank related (this case qualifies for both), and they should be able to get your case sorted out.
