Forums Glitch - Assistance

So basically, when I first load the forums, everything is weird, and the dates are different.

And then after a few seconds of lag, everything changes to this:

And it's really laggy afterwards. I've had this problem for like a month now. I have no viruses or anything negative on my computer, and I don't have this problem with any other website, so I know it's only the MCSG forums. Someone help pls.

It's laggy, and some form of black bar shows up at the top that's useless.

Ok, Seriously I was trying to help and see if you could be nice but no..It's not even that bad of a problem live with it if you cant solve it.

I can see you are on google chrome. This may fix your problem.
1. Go to the top right and click the button with 3 horizontal lines.
2. Then click on settings 3 from the bottom
3. Check if there are any extensions which can be found on the top left under history.
Tell me what extensions there are.

It's not really a glitch, it's just the dates loading. It happens to me too, but it's not too bothersome.
