Why do you hate fallen empire? Sure, games may take 13 years, 47 weeks and 2 Days but its nice to play on.

Personally, I like it. It gives maps that would not normally be selected a chance to be played.

Also, isnt the point of hunger games to be a frightening, confusing daze in which you fear for your life? All this route/favorite maps stuff detaches itself from the concept of HG

Ever heard the term "Overplayed maps" and "Underplayed maps"?
Well, this is the solution to that.

In the last ten days, how many times have you seen people playing on this map?
Probably 1 - that screenshot that you took.
You're playing it once in a long time... and you're complaining about that?
What about the times that your favorite map won, despite having a few less votes?

Always remember the positive side to things.

"New" isn't exactly the term I would use. This system has been here a while and will be here for some time to come.

When the raffle voting was released for the first time, so was a poll in game to see if the players liked the new voting system or not. The majority of those players voted for yes and therefore MCGamer decided to keep the new system.

You may find the raffle voting annoying, but it gives the opportunity to players to play on the less known maps as well. Imagine that the system were removed, would you like to play Survival Games 4 or Valleyside University all the time? I'm not saying that they are bad maps, but it would become really boring really fast to continuously play on the same map over and over again. And that was the main reason why they introduced the raffle voting system, to avoid those situations.

Personally, I really like the system as it gives me the opportunity to play on maps like The Fallen Empire, Origins or Survival Kingdom. Those maps are beautiful and really well built if you take the time to have a look around. Not everyone may know where all the good loot is on the map, but that doesn't make it a bad map instantly. Just try them out, why not give them a chance?

And if you really, really dislike the chosen map,



(I don't want to sound harsh with this gif, but you can always leave the map if you dislike it. It does not affect your stats or anything.)

And if I remember correctly, I think that Chad once said that the system will not be removed.
