Didn't get my Stats Reset.

Hey i just bought the stats reset thing..
I already bought the Premium Reset so i were'nt allowed to do that again, so i bought the one that cost 10$.
I don't know if i can't because i'm premium, but if it was a bug can you plz give me my stats reset?
Or if i'm not allowed to get this one either then atleast pay my monet back? :3

Once you bought it, i believe you have to do /upgrade 1 in-game. If not, do /upgrades to see what number the stat reset is.

I can't do any of the /upgrade commands even though i bought it.
Therefore i would like an admin or something to help me get the stats reset upgrade..
And i have been waiting for around 2 hours.. :/

Generally, you should wait 24 hours before posting a thread/email.
