They would only ban you if they had sufficient proof of you hacking.

Generally the mods know what they're doing, you shouldn't tell them how do do their job. Buying ranks doesn't let you bypass the rules. Correction, you are not buying ranks. MCSG doesn't stress this enough, but you are DONATING your money. The rank is given as a gift. They can take it away if they want I think. You donated, you didn't purchase.

My friend saw you hacking in a game. He might have been raging cause you killed him, but as you got banned, im pretty sure you are hacking. And btw, it was your decision to donate to the server, and you checked a box saying that you have no rights for a refund.

We always need proof to ban a user. If you would like to see the evidence of your ban, you may contact me privately and I can share it with you.

Also, buying a donor rank does not make you exempt from punishment. As others said before, when you bought the rank, you agreed that you are not entitled to a refund for any reason unless the Sr. Staff deems the situation appropriate for one.
