I'm pretty sure you can't get a teamspeak server for free. You may get it from contests and giveaways, but not really free.

TeamSpeak servers must be purchased from a host, and paid for monthly.

You can find several different hosting solutions listed below:

-CubedHost (recommended- used by most clans, MCGamer, etc.)

-Game Servers

It's typically a monthly payment. The cost is based on the number of slots

It's unfortunately not possible to host a TeamSpeak server for free- these are some of your best, paid options.
